He averaged 30+ units per month on the Showroom Floor, becoming “Salesman of the Year” at Weisleder Lincoln Mercury Mazda in 2001. Sean quickly advanced into Management: Sales Manager, Special Finance Manager, Internet Sales Manager, Business Development Director. In 2004 Sean launched Dealer Synergy Inc. Dealer Synergy is an award winning Training, Consulting and Digital Marketing company that specializes in Internet Sales / BDC & Showroom Sales. Sean has written over 2,200 articles in 13 national publications such as Digital Dealer, AutoSuccess, Wards etc… He is a widely sought after speaker on the subject of Automotive Internet Sales, Business Development & Digital Marketing. He is a Member of the National Speakers Association Since 2008, “CSP” and Member of the Million Dollar Speakers Group.
